Verify MCC and DSMC #6

Maybe try to implement some benchmark problems from Miles Turner so that we can check if MCC has been implemented correctly. Lubos Brieda had some simple benchmark problem form DSMC.

I've tried to run Case 1 from M. Turner's work from 2016, and it seems OK. However, at this point the full comparison is hard as the code runs rather slowly.
