Filesync configured on project file #29

Hi all. I'm looking how to config the Filesync on the Project File (on Sublime Text 3) and I couldn't find anything.

Is that possible? Can we configure FileSync on Project File? If that is possible, please, add the appropriate documentation on the README file. If that isn't possible, please, add this behavior. I'm working on a big project and we (a lot of people) are waiting for that.

We can't use that because we have 2 or more projects on Sublime. How can we change the Syncronization on each project?

I didn't know that this overrides could be made from the Project File. My apologies.
