Ensure System.Reactive usage is still sane #98

Rx.Net is now available for .NET Core. Appears they had some breaking changes.

Make sure everything is still sane with the driver (update docs, and code examples with System.Reactive):

System.Reactive reactive extensions examples and Rx driver docs are still sane, nothing changed for us in new Rx.NET release v3+.
