Another bug fixes from Pinguem.ru competition found with PVS-Studio:

Uninitialized variable 'TexCoord' is used when initializing the 'PolygonLine' variable. SharpFlame.Core PieGrammar.cs 94

I don't think this is a bug. Moving a static variable up a few lines in the source file doesn't change anything.
