This service will manage the retrieval and organization of video assets from the Video Metadata DB to be streamed to the user.

Interface with the Video Metadata Database (dynamoDB) to fetch video file paths.
Handle HTTP GET requests to deliver video file paths for the Orchestrator to use.
Implement caching mechanisms to optimize the retrieval of frequently accessed video assets.
