The Match Streaming Orchestrator service will perform the following when called:

when ID of a specific match is received, send match details to the Match CRUD service
match details are received, send ID of a specific match to Video Asset Handling Service
when filepath of S3 video is received, return match details and S3 filepaths to the match streaming UI
