Adding note for campaign year that STO begins in 2409. Given that STO has contributed heavily to STA in Utopia Planitia, it seems reasonable that it's a beta canon item that should be included in https://github.com/bcholmes/StarTrek2d20/blob/sta-complete/WebTools/src/helpers/serviceYear.ts
