New LCARS-alike fonts for RU-version (add attribute lang="ru" to html tag to view the changes)
Workaround for russian PDF sheet generation

New fonts can be used on English version too, but for now it is used only in Russian language website and TNG RU Sheet.

And it will be better to use one of these fonts for generation of all sheets types. This PR fixes generation only for RU card in any site language, but other types are temporary disabled in RU webpage as it can't be generated using old font.
