I was trying out Liberated Borg, and randomly chose Betazoid. I discovered that the Telepath trait is not appearing on mixed-species Betazoids, whether they are chosen as the first or second species. It does appear when "allow cross-species talents" is checked for mixed-species Betazoids, and normally when full Betazoid is chosen.
