Assumes dark background #246

The default color theme seems to assume a dark background. If the console has a white background it's very difficult to read.

You can inverse colors by r command line option. It may be useful to change it in runtime and save to settings.

It looks like it's '-i' for invert. '-r' is reverse container sort order. Just adding that for anyone following along.

Just to be on the same page: here is a screenshot of mate-terminal in light theme:

ctop mate-terminal light theme Could you please elaborate what exactly you thing may be better? I see the main issue is a gray font color

That's it. It's very hard to read the light grey text on a white background. Inverting with the '-i' helps and makes the text darker but only slightly. My only suggestion would be to make the text darker to boost the contrast.
