Ctop showing inaccurate container count sometimes #285

Hi,

Was spinning up some containers with Docker when I noticed that one of them was missing from my already open ctop terminal. Opening a new ctop shows the correct container count.

See attached video.

I just installed ctop a few minutes ago, on macos, running docker through lima

Confirmed on Linux ubuntu/hirsute. Not only are services missing; also some services are remaining shown. when not running anymore. Additionally, healthcheck information is only picked up if you restart ctop after starting services.

Great tool BTW I'm not logging this to complain, but rather in the hope the added context is helpful.
