Lithuanian translation of Codeigniter messages #325

Hi, I have translated Codeigniter to Lithuanian. Please merge the translations into the codeigniter3-translations repository.

I would be willing to maintain the translation. Sorry for a late response.

Do I have to do anything for 3.1.0 vertion? Did any strings change?

Nothing specific for 3.1.0 that I know of. If so, it will affect all translations. Will check when I get back from vacation :-/
