updated azerbaijan language

These translations are in the "azerbaijan" folder, but the readme & earlier version were in the "azerbaijani" folder. Is this on purpose? According to wikipedia, "Azerbaijan" is the name of the country, and "Azerbaijani" is the name of the language.
