Descriptions of datasets

A description of each dataset should be prepared for the supplemental methods (or appendix) section in the paper.

The description should include:

1. Data source (cohort, EHR, trial, etc)
2. Timeline (when were the data collected?, when was the follow-up period?)
3. Data covariate description (how were key covariates, e.g., APOE4, measured?)
4. Data outcome description (how was dementia outcome created?)
5. Data-specific exclusions (if any)
6. Data-specific predictors included

this issue will be complete when we have a response posted by every data steward.
