upgrade serialize-javascript to version >=2.1.1 (GHSA-h9rv-jmmf-4pgx)
component responsiveness to match other components https://github.com/plotly/dash-core-components/pull/706
plotly.js ==> 1.52.2

since this is still a single-component package I will continue to ignore the async loading features being added into components.
