cancer cells classic-like should be cancer classical cells according to the PDAC consensus classification (basal-like and classical). "bulk references" could be confusing. Suggestion instead: cell-type isolated RNA-seq/DNAm references.

Now the name of the cell types are endo, fibro immune basal classic. Are you suggesting to change basal to basal_like?
