selected output is deselected after your mac was sleeping

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select Built-in-Output in SoundFlowerBed (16ch)
2. send your mac to sleep and wake it up again
3. Built-in-Output is no longer selected :-(

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Soundflower 1.5.1 on 10.5.8 and 10.6

Please provide any additional information below.
