Component Name support in layouts #57

Feature Description

Add support for naming Components in layouts, to make style overrides easier.

N.B. I'm sure there was a reason I didn't support this in the first place, so I'll need to research why again!

I've added support for this, with a fallback to the old auto-generated name if none is supplied. We'll just have to keep an eye on whether this creates any issues. People will probably need to be careful to use unique component names.
