ScopeLocal code not appearing in Configuration Manager #69

Bug Description

For Scope Parameters in the Configuration Manager, the Parameter Panel is displaying the ScopeSync code field, instead of the ScopeLocal one. It's displaying the correct information in the right-click menu.
