can we have Vst preset names be displayed on ScopeSync layouts?

I've had a look into this and I don't think it will be possible until we put Preset management into ScopeSync. I think I'll convert this Issue into one that tracks that change.

At the moment, DAWs are responsible for managing VST presets for ScopeSync, using .fxp/.fxb files (or bespoke formats) and the plugin just responds to a set of parameter changes, rather than knowing about the actual preset itself.
