[Tilled Soil Decay] - Tilled and Watered Soil Decaying on Season Change #114

So far, the mod has been working fine for days during a normal season - tilled soil that has been watered by a sprinkler sticks around just fine. However, going from Spring to Summer, almost all the non-occupied tilled spots around my sprinklers decayed.

I'm currently using version 7.4, and default settings.
