Is there any way we could help create/contribute this module?

Sure, the modules I write for Minimalist are created purely using the
Minimalist edit module tools. If you want to start working on the Google
Calendar module, just create a new module for `*google.*/calendar*` and start
adding options. Many you should be able to port fairly easily from the Gmail
and Google Reader modules or even from the existing extension:

Just attach export files here from Data > Export Selected > Google Calendar and
I'll be able to use those are starting points for completing the module.

I'm a bit confused -- didn't you develop a Calendar module? Because I thought I
was using it for at least a year...and I just moved to a Chromebook and it
isn't showing up in the extension... thanks.

I'm also confused why Google Reader is showing as a module in the Extension
description in the Chrome Web Store

I'm totally confused: this is the extension I used for
Calendar:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/minimalist-for-google-cal/mgl

Is this still supposed to be working? If not, why is it in the Chrome Web Store?

Google Reader is in the description because I guess I forgot to update it when
I removed the Google Reader module...
You're right, Minimalist for Google Calendar is a separate extension. I was
planning on porting it over to a Minimalist for Everything module but never got
around to it.
All the old extensions are no longer maintained and many of the features
probably don't work. But they all still have 10k-20k active users each... I'm
not just going to turn off the extension if it's still working for that many
people. All I can reasonably do is encourage people not to use it.
