Archive and Trash buttons Missing (when they are not supposed to be)

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version   - 3.0
Relevant core module -
Chrome version       -  24.0.1312.56 m
Operating System     - Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - no
Other extensions     - Gemelius

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

The "archive" and "trash" buttons are missing even though I have not checked 
them in the options.
This started happening today, afert the upgrade. the problem goes away when the 
module is disabled

This is likely an unintended side effect of other options. Please disable 
options one by one to see which one is causing it.

I found the problem... it's in the "hide call phone button" in the sidebar tab. 
 Uncheck it and the trash and archive buttons should be back

I am having the same issue with the latest update.  Just started happening this 
morning.

Unchecking the "Hide Call Phone Button" in the sidebar tab fixed it for me as 
well.
