G+ mgmt not working with GMail redesign #330

When GMail was redesigned a few weeks ago, much of the configuration stopped 
working (actually, it might have stopped working earlier). In particular, the 
bell shaped G+ alert is not hidable. Actually, neither of the G+ options ("Hide 
G+ Notifications" and "Hide G+ Share button") work any more. The gmail module 
still shows the old square alert visual which hasn't been around for a while...

I love Minimalist (when it works), and hate the way that Gmail has become so
