The focus of this PR is to update gas fee calculation in BiconomySmartAccountV2.ts and add custom chains in read.test.ts.

Updated gas fee calculation in BiconomySmartAccountV2.ts for better accuracy.
Added custom chains baseSepolia, 5ireChain Testnet, and Combo in read.test.ts.
Implemented tests for checking deployed factory byteCode consistency.
