fix(admin): :bug: fix small bug in status service & cleanup some unused chain id constants

Why are we doing this?

The chain status was not correctly determined

What did we do?

Determine the status based on errors
Delete some unused chain ID constants that I noticed while I was defining healtchecks.

How Has This Been Tested?

Local manual testing only
