Replaced mumbai with Amoy and reconfigured docs according to Amoy testnet. The files which are yet to be changed are:- 1) \docs\tutorials\customSessionStorageClient\erc20Transfer.md 2) \docs\tutorials\sessionkeys\batchedSessionRouter\batchedTransferWithSession.md
The reason being as the USDC address mentioned in the above files does not exist on Amoy Testnet, will need more info on that. Will communicate with Himanshu on this once she is back from holidays.
