update engine.node to 8.6 for n-api. #64

Until node 8.6.0 NAPI was experimental and 8.6.0 made a lot of changes.

Bcrypto only supports node from 8.6.

Is there any reason not to bump this all the way up to 14 (the current oldest maintained version) ?

Not quite sure this is true. Although I haven't done it in a while, I do believe I've tested against v8.0.0 with no issues. Will be reverting this back to v8.0.0.
