Hey,, I have problems with network.js (reproducing hex string) .. done some homework though..

I have done some homework on the hex string thingie inside of network.js ... i am trying to figure out how to generate it.. i've been able to extract a few bits as seen below in the picture.. the rest is over my head.. could you be so kind to explain to me how these other parts are generated?
