Added my site to the README

Do you have a link to the github repo that you can add? The idea behind the list besides a showcase of sites was also to link to the action configuration as a set of examples people could reference. It's also how I prune the list in case people switch off the action and its no longer relevant to the example set.

The repo was private but I guess I can make it public, after all there's not much there other than the published web files.
