Default key binding for format #2

Any feeling on default key bindings similar to the Sublimlinter format? Or would you rather let the user implement it themselves via user key bindings? ctrl+alt+f

I'm neutral on this, since I typically stick with format on save. Whatever you think is best.

Using Ctl-alt-f. Reopen if there are issues.
