Missing LICENSE file #5

When selecting menu item Preferences > Package Settings > Standard Format > LICENSE (MIT) getting a blank LICENSE file in Sublime and an error in the console: Unable to open /home/flet/dotfiles/sublime/sublime-text-3.configsymlink/Packages/StandardFormat/LICENSE

So, adding a LICENSE file should fix!
