KVM keyboard is not supposed to work properly with Windows #7

Reproduce

  1. Let the system boot to Windows
  2. In the KVM tab in the BMC web, try press "Send Ctrl+Alt+Delete"

Other observation

Ubuntu works!

I've also seem problems under Ubuntu, though rebooting the BMC fixes it.

Also, the screen resolution of the KVM is unsatisfactory.
