Import from paradox duplicates #436

Bug and a feature at the same time. Need to test before resolving, to create a use case:

  1. Merge a collection which contains a mod "A"
  2. Export to pdx launcher format which contains said mod "A"
  3. Import pdx launcher format and see if both remote and local merged mod are selected
