Cyrillic mod-list naming problem,hello from discord! <3 #500

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Name mod-list in Cyrillic
  2. Everything is fucked 3. Ask dev for fixing dll
  3. Everything is fixed

Edited. The log is not related to this ticket, the patch is not related to this ticket.

Copying description for future reference: You can open a ticket for me to strip out cyrilic characters when naming a collection folder, just open a ticket on github so I don't forget I can replace cyrilic with maybe a hash, it would be a breaking change but either way game doesn't accept these Latin alphabet would be fine
