Mod Manager crashing on startup #514

Describe the bug The mod manager was working just fine with HOI4 but when I changed the game to Stellaris the manager just insta-crashes, Now I can't switch back to hoi4 because the manager crashes on startup. I don't even want to play stellaris I just want to change the game back to hoi4.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Unclear if it's even possible to reproduce.

  1. Start the manager on HOI4
  2. Switch a modded Stellaris instance
  3. Wait for mods to load if any
  4. Fatal Error crash

Expected behavior To just start the manager and change the game.

Logs If the application crashed add error logs related to the crash.

Additional context Stellaris has mods on it but I haven't used or played Stellaris for a long time, I've unsubscribed from the mods through steam but that didn't work, I've already searched in my files and deleted whatever I could that was related to any mod for stellaris but whenever I try deleting the mod referenced in the screenshot "ugc_1199002146.mod" my PC is refusing to delete it. As stated above I'm simply trying to change the game back to HOI4.

You have HOI4 settings on onedrive and one drive service isn't running making it inaccessible. Run the service and possibly later move hoi4 from onedrive to a local folder. Closing ticket.
