Updated to v22.210.0.3 Changed to use SHA1 to match Intel download page Updated readme from download page

I prefer sha256 simply because it's what I use in all my packages... so standardized for my stuff. (Also because I'm lazy and have an alias I use that gives me the checksum as sha256 easily)

There's also choco-cleaner stuff mixed in here that shouldn't be.

Sorry, I'll most likely manually update this package this weekend.
