There is a problem with IfranView at the moment. It downloads files but move it to lib-bad shortly after.

This is because of Chocolatey v2's version normalization. Package was updated but is stuck in moderation hell.

So, what does actually moderation hell mean? I see that all 3 checks are passed. You as the maintainer couldn't do anything about it? Is there a way for users like me to report it to choco moderation team?

The packages need to be moderated by human volunteers. (Why these though I don't understand as these have been "trusted" which means they do NOT need human moderators to pass them and get published automatically after passing all the automated validating and testing.) The volunteers moderate when they feel like it on a constant big list of packages. So I have no control over when they get approved.
