Updating dcplusplus.portable the latest release (v0.880).

Hello Raja,

This package is really better off with the binary packed into it.

I'd say I'd go update it now but it uses AutoHotKey and I haven't figured out the changes to 2.0. If you want to modify the AHK script I can pull that in.

I just double checked and your base is out of sync with mine by about two years when I moved the binary into the package: https://github.com/bcurran3/ChocolateyPackages/blob/master/dcplusplus/tools/chocolateyinstall.ps1

I still haven't gotten around to playing with AHK v2....
