Eventually we'll need to update everything to work with the next LTS release of Ubuntu.

OK - looks like we need this due to openstack/neutron@3686d035ded94eadab6a3268e4b0f0cca11a22f8 - which requires dnsmasq version 2.63, which is not packaged in Ubuntu 12.04, which only has 2.59
