Lack of JSESSIONID should be logged as debug level instead of warning level #20

When a client neither performs a request with the JSESSIONID in the URI nor in 
the request Cookie header, the logged message should be lowered from warning 
level to debug2.

The current logging level causes undesired amount of logs for a fairly standard 
situation (new user / expired cookies).

Patch attached to this issue.
