Stochastic SFH prior -- adapted from the Extended Regulator model developed in Caplar & Tacchella (2019) and Tacchella, Forbes & Caplar (2020), in conjunction with the GP implementation of Iyer & Speagle et al. (2024), into a physically-motivated prior for non-parametric SFHs. Requires gp_sfh.py and gp_sfh_kernels.py from Kartheik Iyer's GP-SFH module.
