ccd-web-1.2.1 not found #23

On the readme file (https://github.com/bd2kccd/causal-web#application) it says to use ccd-web-1.2.1, after clicking the link, it says not found. The latest release is 1.2.0.

We also need to update the documentation of the current master branch to use causal-cmd-5.3.0.jar instead of tetred-cli-5.3.0.jar. I built from the causal-web master branch since I didn't find the ccd-web-1.2.1 tagged version. And as the documentation says to include tetrad-cli-5.3.0.jar. But I got this error later"

It's probably caused by the name changes. The real issue is the current master branch is 1.2.1, but we didn't tag it. And the required causal-cmd-5.3.0.jar is not tagged under tetred repo neither.
