Add GMM example #19

Add to notebooks (or consider making a scripts directory?) the GMM example from tmpd, making work with diffusionlib and updating all requisite dependencies.

Could also consider (or at least bear in mind) making the example compatible with a streamlit front-end for clean interactive visualisation...

I've been able to successfully run the tmpd code unchanged locally (on 3080), so this is really more a matter of #16

Will mark this as done since have working in branch in crude manner; ultimately some refinement/documentation/segmentation of the example code desperately needed.
