Add GRF example #20

Add to notebooks (or consider making a scripts directory?) the GRF example from tmpd, making work with diffusionlib and updating all requisite dependencies.

I've been able to successfully run the tmpd code unchanged locally (on 3080), so this is really more a matter of #16

Will mark this as done since have working in branch in crude manner; ultimately some refinement/documentation/segmentation of the example code desperately needed.
