Cleanup removes vital entities #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type !cleanup

Description:
If you type !cleanup in Spacebuild, it removes the vital entities on
planets, making them act like space. Everyone dies continuously and the
only way to fix it is to reload the map.

This could be fixed by storing all entities on the InitPostEntity hook and when 
cleaning up, ensuring that the entity isn't one of those.

cleanup should not remove the spacebuild map props
