Temp admin times #430

Or something along these lines. say you have a server. and you offer up the 
chance to donate to said server with some sort of reward what better than 
admin? some sort of time system should be toggle-able when creating new ranks 
to have a time feature. after certain amount of time has passed they get 
demoted to guest
