Aligning cmake/ and ci/ with o-charts so it's possible to upstream changes to shipdriver. Should simplify management.

Remove tons of unused stuff. Note the top commit which removes Makefile and friends; you might want to drop or revert this.

We need to fix the travis docker handling. But this is a separate issue.
