Ths sglock rules have been moved to opencpn, therefore the rule is superfluous.
The second problem is currently the deb-file makes this file (which should not exist in the deb-file):
/home//git/oesenc_pi/build/app/files/etc/udev/rules.d/98-sglock.rules
The third problem is that the oeserverd and libsglarm64 are not copied to the right locations (they are not included in the deb-file?), but this patch does not address that problem.
