manual antora site titles #126

Change antora.yml and site.yml "titles" in the Plugin Index to "oeSENC Charts"

Rick... I would very much prefer that this work be applied to the Beta branch. Reason: Each time I merge a PR, I get a new version of oeSENC in cloudsmith. This potentially prompts a user update, with no apparent changes, since users do not understand antora yet. Thanks Dave

I have made a new branch "beta" in my remote with the change commit. https://github.com/rgleason/oesenc_pi/tree/beta

But I cannot make a PR to a non existent branch. We can drop this for now. Not that important really

And it will be superceded by O-charts I think.
